Search from Service Task Triage Page

The CR Search request can also be initiated from the Service Task Triage Page.

1. Click on the Search CR(s) button to start the search.

2. Pop-up will appear prompting to enter CR(s) number.

3. Click Search CR(s) button to search the status or create a request.
