Salesforce (https://qualcomm-cdmatech-support.my.salesforce.com/) manages and tracks support cases reported by customers. Qualcomm Customer Engineers (CEs) can add a service task to cases.

Viewing a service task status

Any service task that has been added to a Salesforce case is visible in the QPM Service Tasks section.

When a service task is complete and a successful SP build has been shipped, a link to the QPM3 Distribution page appears.
